TMBL has grown through acquisition to one of Australia’s largest industry-based banking brands, supporting the essential worker community through its 4 Brands. The staff are as loyal as the members are and so it was critically important to develop a culture that supports that community.
Having gone through substantial change, some teams were failing to trust each other, they were disconnected from the greater environment and what they needed to deliver. The expectation was that the teams needed to be aligned, move into a position to better perform, and drive change within the organization.
We co-created a custom program to re-ignite the team’s fire behind performance called Put Purpose To Work. This exciting 90Day program combined bespoke content, and Joris’s tools and methodologies with leadership rituals to embed the learning in face to face + virtual sessions and outside the workshops.
This program will kick off its next phase of implementation in 2021 for the teams to reach their next level of peak performance. Consequently, Joris facilitated the planning sessions realignment with sales and marketing effort, and helped shift the culture and focus on strategic planning that the organisation hadn’t had before.
